Southwest Burlington | 48.19 Acres | 214 Units
LeoTerra Development Inc. hopes to bring 214 townhomes to southwest Burlington. The public hearing for the project was approved for February 7th at this meeting and the Technical Review Committee Site Plan (TRC 22-003) granted approval on December 13, 2022.
Water and sewer connections, requested with the voluntary annexation request, will support the development. This stand-alone request falls within the city's jurisdiction and is not related to any distressed areas. The city is not required to provide utility extensions.

"Are these for lease or for sale?"

"Generally we don't regulate the components of who is living within and what the owner intends to do whether they're interested in selling or leasing"
LeoTerra is a 31-person team based in Kernersville, NC with a 3,000-unit portfolio in the Carolinas. According to LinkedIn, they've grown 55% in the past 6 months. The company also offers site work services as a 'vertically-integrated' developer.
